I love food. I love ordering it, eating it, savouring it, discussing it at length in a really annoying and pretentious way. It could easily be said that I live to eat rather than eat to live, a sin guilty of many I’m sure.

But despite having spent half my life munching down on foodie goodness this off-spring of two chefs wouldn’t have been able to tell her scoop from her ladle, her hollandaise from her diane.

Well it’s time to change all that and it’s never too late to learn, right?  Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?
